I have been teaching for over 35 years. I have taught through almost every textbook written including Saxon, Connected Math, Cognitive Tutor, Accelerated Math, and UCSMP curriculum. I have applied my experiences and learned to transfer a wealth of ideas into a successful history of student performance on "High Stakes" assessments.
I am a data driven curriculum specialist with a strong ITIP background. I prefer to assign flipped lesson to my students before beginning new objectives. I believe in making strong connections to teaching mathematics by using business and science applications.
Yet to be added
I taught computer science through CTE for six years. I have learned how to use the best ideas of Case Studies, database driven instruction, and online learning of CTE in my mathematics curriculum.
