I am a speech language pathologist working for the San Diego City Schools.
I provide a range of service delivery formats at my elementary school including whole class push in, small group pull out services, and "lunch bunch" services that combine general education students and special education students with autism to participate in social team building activities. I aim to incorporate multiple modalities in teaching and giving opportunities for special education students to build relationships with typical peers.
I received a certificate of recognition in November 2015 from the program manager of related services for providing exceptional dedication and service to my students and collaboration with other educators.
BS in Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Illinois MA in Speech Language Pathology at San Diego State University
