TEACHING EXPERIENCE

ESL: 4+ years of experience as an ESL instructor in public schools and as a private instructor in Spain, students from preschool age to adult. Spanish: Certified Spanish Teacher (P.A.) with a Master of Arts in Teaching in Foreign Language Education from the UNiversity of Pittsburgh. I also have a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University in Spanish Language and Corporate Communications. I have 2 years of experience tutoring Spanish at the university level with students from Spanish 101 to advanced literature and composition courses. I also have 3 months of experience as a private tutor junior high school, 3 months of experience as an intern teacher at for students in grades 5-8, and a year of experience as a secondary Spanish teacher for students in grades 9-12.
