TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a current Composition teacher at a wonderful and small private school. I teach 4th-8th grade and my class focuses on building students grammar skills so that they can become strong writers. I have a B.A. in English from St. Mary's College of Maryland with a minor in History and Educational Studies. Three years prior to teaching I started my own tutoring business where I have worked to help improve students English skill-set.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style varies because I teach a wide variety of students. Generally, I focus on mixing grammar with large writing projects, so that students have a mixture of assignments to help them be successful.
