TEACHING EXPERIENCE

In all honesty, I am currently in my first year of teaching though, I take pride in the materials I create for my students. I am currently teaching 7th grade reading and love sharing my love for literature.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Being the newbie that I am, I have lots of new ideas that I am itching to try. I try to engage my students in the most ways possible and get them invested in each and every day.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I do not teach to have summer vacations, steady hours, or an “easy” job. I teach because I believe students are our future. To be a teacher means bringing your work home, learning new strategies, learning from your students, and giving yourself fully to the students that enter your classroom. I teach to make a difference in those students’ lives. I teach to push my limits and to set goals for my students. Teaching, to me, is a lifestyle, not a career choice.
