This is my 8th year teaching: 6 Years Teaching Civics (7 & 8 Grade), 2 Years American History (7 & 8 Grade), 1 Year World History and Language Arts (6 Grade)

MY TEACHING STYLE

I'm a huge fan of cooperative learning. I love project-based assessments, though it is required that I have traditional assessments. You will see both types in my store. I teach students ranging from intensive history to advanced. I do a lot of visual and hands-on learning to supplement reading material.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

State Rated Highly Effective Teacher for the last 7 years. I have a 96% Pass Rate on the FL Civics EOC (while teaching intensive to advanced students)

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
