I have been teaching kindergarten at a private school in St. Paul, MN since the fall of 2006.
I believe that kindergarten should first and foremost be FUN. That does not mean that we aren't learning, we are just having lots of fun while we do it!

I graduated in 2006 from the College of St. Benedict with a degree in Elementary Education with a Concentration in Natural Science. I recently received a master's degree in Literacy Education from Hamline University.
I come from a family of educators: my dad taught special education for 20+ years, my mother is a principal and both my brother and sister are teachers. I enjoy living in Minneapolis, going to concerts, reading and cheering on all the MN sports teams!
