TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hi! Thanks for stopping by! I am a child and family counselor dedicated to providing exceptionally thoughtful and collaborative consultation and therapeutic services to children, adults, and families.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and trauma in children and adults and often work with children and teens with anxiety, ADHD, emotion regulation issues, selective mutism, and those on the autism spectrum. Additionally, I also treat young adults and individuals who are experiencing life transitions as well as difficulty adjusting to the many obstacles we are so often faced with throughout our lifetime.
