TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been in many different grade levels, ranging from 1st grade to 7th grade. I currently teach 6th grade Language Arts and Reading.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I think that the best way to help students remember what you teach is to make the subject meaningful to them. Also, make it hands-on whenever possible. The last, but I think most important, is to remember that your enthusiasm makes or breaks your lessons. So, have fun with it!

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I went straight to college after high school and earned my Elementary Education degree within 3 years. I also earned a Middle School Mathematics Endorsement. And I have partially completed my ESL Endorsement.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I stay at home with my almost 1-year-old daughter now, but I still love helping out with education any time the opportunity presents itself. I may be young, but I can bring creativity into the classroom! I just love adding that personal touch!
