TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've taught in the public school classroom for 6 years: 4 years in first and 2 years in K5.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I strive to design projects for my class that reflect the 4 C's: Communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. I believe giving students the opportunity to problem solve and discover the answers to their own questions. As a teacher, I do my best to guide and foster my students' learning by making their experiences more meaningful and providing the right resources to ensure their success. My teaching style is more laid back and hands on. I enjoy teaching with high expectations because students will surprise you! I teach kindergartners who are highly capable!
