TEACHING EXPERIENCE

After 16 years in ED/BD high school Algebra, I decided that my heart still belongs in the elementary setting. My leap of faith has landed me in an amazing position closer to home working with K-4 special education students! I'm seeing education in a brand new light! From juggling the roles of consultant teacher, co-teacher, 15:1 special class, and Resource Room...each carries a different significance for the special education students.

MY TEACHING STYLE

In my multiple roles, I have found that my style changes with each different teacher I work with. I can't wait to share my planning pages and ways I can be more effective in the classroom.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Graduated from Clarence High School in 1997, continued my education at SUNY Geneseo and earned my BS in El Ed and Special Education in 2001. In 2004, I completed my MA in General Education at University at Buffalo.
