TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching since 1995 and have loved every minute of it. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades in South Carolina. My most favorite grade to teach is THIRD grade! I love teaching Language Arts and SC History!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I would say that my teaching style is quite global. I like to show my students the big picture and then help them break it down into steps. Collaboration is key in the classroom. Many times, my students will come up with ideas that I have yet to even think of when we problem solve together!
