It is a well-known fact that teachers don't make enough money. As such, all of my products are sold at the lowest possible rate. As a purchasing teacher, you will get a lot for a little. As a seller, I am mostly passing on what I've tried and loved.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching 10th for two years, I taught 11th Honors for one year, and I am currently entering my first year with 9th Honors and theatre, and my 3rd year with 10th. All of my experience has been in rural schools with large class sizes and small resources.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to make learning fun. I want to relate what we're working on to students' lives whenever possible. I've created games, activities, creative portfolios, and many other resources to help the student put him/herself into the topic. On a day-to-day basis, I have a lot of worksheets prepared for reading checks and practice. Mnay of my resources are structured like the ISTEP (Indiana standardized test) so students have frequent practice without just teaching to the test.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I completed my BS in Secondary English Education at Indiana University. I was a direct admission student into the school of education and completed my undergrad in 3.5 years (with a semester off before my student teaching). I'm the only known student to have created and implemented an entire curriculum during my student teaching. Additionally, I left resources with my cooperating teachers at every field experience along the way. I am currently taking classes at Indiana University after school to gain a licence addition in theatre.
