I served as the Biology Lab Coordinator at a Community College in South Carolina. I have taught undergraduate biology, marine science, and anatomy for 6 years at both the 4 year university and 2 year community college levels. I also have a masters in physician assistant studies and work in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery. I have been a private instructor for Physician Assistant students at 6 programs. My students have a 100% medical boards first time pass rate.
Make learning fun, and break complex concepts into simple ones. Give students a sturdy foot to stand on, and build from there. You will see that all my powerpoints are colorful and animated, which keeps students interested.
