Dabbling in Differentiation

I taught Kindergarten for 2 years and 3.5 years in first grade! I love both of these age groups because students are so willing to learn and absorb new information. I have used many TPT products in my classroom which has made me a better teacher who is more responsive to the needs of my students!

I use balanced instruction, including whole group lessons, small group activities, and independent work. I use math tubs to enhance my math instruction and centers to help students develop their social skills and abilities. I also teach using the Daily 5 which then allows me to pull small groups for guided reading instruction daily.

I attended private schools my entire life and then attended St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN where I received my BA in Elementary Education with minors in Spanish and ENL.
