TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Goosemom American School, Hsinchu, Taiwan. 2004. Huguenot High School, Richmond, VA. 2006-2008. West Springfield High School, West Springfield, MA. 2008-Present

MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach literacy and critical thought. My goal in my classroom is to continuously challenge and surprise my students. No two lessons are the same and no to days are either. I suspect that the quality of work you receive from a class is equal to the quality of the work you create for them, and to that end I strive for creativity and diversity in formative and differentiated assessment. I keep them guessing and I make them love English class.
