TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a teacher in the Maryland public school system since 2011. I have taught all high school grade and ability levels, from 9th grade inclusion classrooms to AP English Language and Literature in 11th and 12th grade. I am CollegeBoard certified to teach AP English Language and Composition, AP English Literature and Composition, and AP Seminar. I have also worked as a reader for the AP English Language and Composition exam scoring. Over the past three years, I have gained a lot of valuable experience helping English Language Learners access the curriculum within a general education English classroom.
