TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have experience in teaching ELL students at the high school and middle school level at a variety of language proficiency abilities. I primarily focus on English Language Development and grade level Common Core ELA. I have seen success in promoting language development while exposing and support my students in their grade level ELA course.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach using high, clear and attainable expectations. I am very consistent and I always expect the best behavior, effort, and results from my ELL students. I believe that classroom management, classroom routines, and expectations must be built in order for the students to be successful both academically and linguistically.
