TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Having taught English for over 22 years, I have primarily focused on writing and close reading. I have also taught AP Language and Composition for the past 14 years. However, I have a broad range of teaching experience at the high school level: English 9, English 10, Enriched English 10, American Literature 1 and 2, Grammar and Usage, Humanities, British Literature, and English for the 21st Century. I have also taught university graduate-level curriculum and instruction courses, ACT preparatory courses, and English classes at the community college level.
