My journey started as a special education paraprofessional in both elementary and middle schools. From there I received a position as a third grade teacher with a private school. Now, I teach part time as a Gifted and Talented educator for second through fifth graders at a local community college. In this position, I create hands-on math and science based classes. I also develop and instruct adult robotics courses with the college.

I believable in hands-on and exploratory education. Students within my classes problem solve through experiences that are relevant to their lives. Learning is exciting and fun for all my students' at every ability level.

BA in elementary education with minors in mathematics and science. Partial MA in Educational Technology
