I always imagined I'd be a kindergarten teacher, until I taught first grade. I fall in love with firsties. I love those ah-ha moments they have when they begin to read. First grade rocks.
I like the kiddos to get up and moving. I try and implement opportunities for my students to learn by doing.
I graduated from USF with a 4.0 GPA.
In December of 2010, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood & Adolescent Education from San Francisco State University. I then attended University of San Francisco where I received a Masters in Teaching Reading to Struggling Readers. I also received my Teaching Credential from USF. I’d love to go back and get another Masters Degree...one day.
I received my Masters in Education at the University of San Francisco. I studied Teaching Reading to Struggling Readers. I will receive my Reading Specialist degree after this year.
