My style of teaching involves active learning combined with making learning relevant to children. Learning a second language can be both challenging and exciting, and promoting a classroom environment that is both comfortable and positive, allows students to ask questions while providing them with a solid educational foundation. I want my students to know that each one of them is a valued member of our classroom.

I live with my husband and two wonderful children. They have been incredibly supportive of my teaching journey. When I am not busy teaching and creating curriculum, our family enjoys spending time together outside biking and hiking. One of my favorite hobbies is reading--I love historical fiction!
