TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my fifteenth year of teaching! I have always taught in public schools. Five years ago, I transferred from one of the worst schools in Louisville to one of the best. I have taught English at all grade levels, Drama, Humanities, and Great Books. I also taught a semester of ACT prep to seniors. I have been the junior class sponsor and member of multiple school committees.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Since I teach AP and Honors, I vary from very traditional based instruction to creative/contemporary. My drama classes are performance based, and my Humanities classes are hands-on.
