I have 16 years of teaching experience. I began teaching as a Kindergarten and 1st grade Title 1 Reading teacher. Then went on to teach 1st grade for 7 years. I am currently teaching 3rd and 4th grade Special Education.
I teach students in response to their academic needs. I feel that students need to be taught from where they are academically. All students need to feel successful to stay motivated when work becomes challenging.
