My teaching experiences range from Early Childhood Special Education centers, a Special Educator in inclusive elementary classrooms, and as a Special Education resource teacher at the elementary level.
I am committed to bringing quality education to children of any ability. I truly believe that differentiation enriches the learning experience for all children.
One of the proudest moments of my teaching career was witnessing a child read his name for the very first time, a smile on his face, and a light in his eyes.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development. A Masters of Arts in Teaching with focus in Elementary Education and Special Education. I am certified in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and Special Education.
I have created a living classroom in my home, while raising my two children. I am always trying to think of fun ways to teach my children. I wanted to extend my creations into the virtual realm. I hope that I can excite at least one person with my ideas!
