I have taught PK-Bilingual, Kinder and primary grades for 16 years, Special Education for 2 years, and Instructional Technology for 14 years.I also taught the undergraduate and graduate Education in Technology courses as an adjunct for 8 years. For the past 5 years, I have worked as an instructional technology consultant for a state education service center. I trained and supported administrators, teachers, staff, parents, and students in the effective use of technology to support teaching and learning.

Participated in the Microsoft K-12 Solutions Pilot, configured 1st campus server in my district, and presented for Microsoft at the TCEA conferences in Texas. Also presented at S.I.T.E, CAMPT, Promethean Activboard , and Educational Service Center conferences. I was a Brooks USAF Summer Technology fellow, and helped write and received a State of Texas Inclusion Grant, a U.S, Department of Education PT3 grant, and was named a San Antonio Spurs All Star school.
I have a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction and an Instructional Technology Specialization Certificate.
Google trained. Setup, configured and managed a Google Apps for Education Domain in 3 school districts and one private school.
