TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught General Music for 9 years teaching Kindergarten to Sixth grades. I have worked with about 1200 students each year which has provided a great environment for me to figure out what works as a teacher!

I have earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and am currently finishing my Master's degree. I have also received certifications Level I, Level II, and Level III training in the Orff approach as well as received training in the Kodaly approach.

I am married with four children. I love to participate in skateboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, Brazilian jui-jitsu, and photography.
