TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching and writing curriculum/training programs since 1999 in various countries and institutions around the world. At the moment I am teaching Business English to professionals in Lyon, France, where I am the director and pedagogical coordinator of my own Language Training business. So far in my career have taught a variety of different subjects such as English Literature, ESL/EFL/EAP, Drama and Theatre Studies. I have also been working with special needs ESL students to assist them to establish their own strategies for studying.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Creative with a stong focus on student autonomy. I believe the best way to learn a language is to speak as much as possible; and to achieve this end the teacher must create a safe environment where students can feel motivated and encouraged to express themselves.
