I taught middle school and high school for nine years before moving into administration.
I am a hands-on teacher that believes everything starts with creating a socially and emotionally healthy environment for the students. I created an Instructional Strategies notebook early in my teaching career as a resource to continually provide differentiated instruction for my students. Like the 5 senses we learned about in school which dealt with seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and touching; I want to touch on the 5 senses of active learning. These senses are reading, writing, speaking, listening, and reflecting. I hope you enjoy the products I provide and please come back often for additional material that will be added and updates to current material. Thank you!
