Dr Carol is a veteran teacher of literacy who now has classrooms full of teachers who are honing their teaching skills. Her classroom-ready ideas for reading, writing, and word work meet the standards for the new common core tests and prepare students to be literate adults. Dr Carol is a national presenter and shares her enthusiasm in many situations from one day workshops to multiyear school wide contracts. Her willingness to share on TPT will provide many more teachers the opportunity to share in her original ideas for learning and teaching.
Dr Carol uses an interactive classroom setting to encourage reading and writing workshops with a strong emphasis on the shared reading and writing components and direct teaching in words.
