Currently we ask kids to answer the question, "what do you want to be when you grow up?" but we have very few tools available to help them actually give an educated answer. I have developed a program that actually allows kids to assess their own personality and interests and apply that knowledge to 100 different real world careers via 1-2 page stories about the real people doing those jobs - all while providing bulletin board content for your classroom and inspiration for subjects you are already teaching.
