My teaching style is interactive with lots of activities. I like to pose questions to students to engage them and get them to think critically. I also use some form of technology with most of my lessons.

I am currently an Academic Program Manager for the EMERGE-HISD program in Houston, Texas where I am leading the district’s middle school outreach initiative for early college awareness. I was previously a Director of College Counseling and School Counselor for the NYC Department of Education. I've also taught academic enrichment and art classes.
