TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Currently a Student Teacher at Booker T. Washington Senior High School, teaching 12th-grade economics

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love me a good PowerPoint, and the ones I create introduce the material step by step, unlike most of the PowerPoints developed by textbook providers. In addition, I use and facilitate a wide variety of activities: class-wide debates, group posters, graphic organizers, guided videos, you name it. Each of my lessons descends from the Next Generation Sunshine State Standards (NGSSS) for economics in the state of Florida.
