Ms. Rubenstein founded Educate Tomorrow's Parents (ETP) to empower teens to make healthy choices before creating the next generation of children and families. In 2005, Ms. Rubenstein developed the program "Healthy Foundations for Future Families" to educate young people (ages 13-19) about parenting responsibilities before they conceive a child. Ms. Rubenstein also authored the 28-page student workbook "My Life-Plan for Parenting." Since 2005, Ms. Rubenstein and her colleagues have instructed over 8,000 teens in public and private schools and in foster youth programs. The materials have also been used by other instructors in a number of states, from New York to California.
