I am still excited after 18 years in education. I have taught general education and special education. I have also worked as a math initiative trainer for educators. I love my job and my students! I have learned so much and have become a better person because of the children I teach!
I feel children learn best when they are able to apply what they know to everyday life. I try to identify what works best for each individual student and find ways to make a positive educational experience in their life. I always try to meet the individual needs of my students and provide engaging hands on activities for my students!
