Most of my experience has been in the primary grades. I have taught Kinder, First, and Second grade! I truly love them all and each is unique in their own way.
When it comes to the classroom, I am very structured and I expect a high level of engagement. I incorporate a variety of media sources into the classroom. I am very open-minded, so I never fall into a groove. I am always looking for ways to better myself as a professional. My students are amazing They are hands down the greatest part of being a teacher!
I have been working in a Title I School for 5 years, and each of those years, 80% of my kids have been at meets or exceeds on standardized testing. Every one of the teachers at my school deserves a medal of honor for doing what they do.
