I teach according to the motto whoever is doing most of the work is doing most of the learning. This means my lessons are designed for students to investigate, research, use critical thinking and problem solving to reach the objective of the lesson. Having a growth mindset classroom is key to student confidence and teacher classroom management during my lessons. I organize project based learning lessons so that I can be more than the guide on the side but the meddler in the middle, questioning the students as they make their way through the learning journey of my classroom.
