I've been teaching for over 15 years. Teaching is my passion. I love interacting with my students and helping them learn.I have had the chance to teach English to different grade levels. This experience has taught me a lot. I have learnt not just about the art of teaching, but also about Myself as a person. I've learnt how to be patient, tolerant, supportive, and how to self-control in difficult moments. My passion for teaching has grown beyond instructing my students to training teachers. I love listening to and supporting them to experience the marvellous joy of self-achievement. Now, I feel more excited to reach out to teachers all over the world through my blog Edulearn2change.
Students' engagement is key to my teaching. I always consider their needs and interests before anything else. I hate doing the same thing in the same way and seeing boredom in my students' eyes. I'm flexible, more dynamic and humorous in the classroom. I want my students to learn and enjoy every moment they spend with me. Because this is what fuels their engagement and makes them more productive in learning. Bringing fun to their learning also energizes me and rewires my brain. I can forget about how much tired and overwhelmed I'm. In my teaching, I also intend to develop my students' agency, providing them with multiple opportunities to share their new learning with us, make choices and be part of the decision-making process. I want to see them initiating, creating and going beyond my teaching content. I really love this!
