I am a seasoned educator who have worked mostly at private schools on the Northeast, US (Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania). I also taught as an adjunct professor in the CUNY system, NY. I am a published poet and writer, with experience writing for The Good Men Project, Publishers' Weekly, The Compulsive Reader and other platforms.
I believe that learning is both fun and rigorous. I encourage students to be and do their best by introducing them to materials that allow for reflection and growth...and a sense of responsibility!
Recipient of the Jacopone da Todi poetry book prize from Franciscan University Press for my book "I am no Battlefield but a Forest of Tress Growing" (2018).
