TEACHING EXPERIENCE

6+ years as a Special Education teacher in both a pull out and co-taught settings. Licensure: SPED modified, SPED comprehensive, Middle Grades all subject areas, Elementary Grades, History 7-12, Government 7-12, Sociology 7-12, Geography 7-12.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style focuses on differentiated instruction and includes many project based lessons, active class discussions/participation, and a focus on incorporating as many learning styles as possible. When possible I try to include technology, music, photos, videos, and hands on tangible connections to the lesson.
