TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught for 15 years at the high school level. For a number of those years, I taught AP MicroEconomics and College Prep Economics. The latter portion of the 15 years, I moved to teaching World History and AP European History which I love!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am very passionate about my subject matter and so try and convey my love of history through inspiring my students to want to learn. I have found that my students are all capable of memorizing facts, however, the true learning of those facts come from when the student is challenged and inspired to investigate learning on their own. Therefore, my goal each day is to teach and inspire learning.
