TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I spent 7 years in fourth grade before I decided to stay home with my kids. I also taught pre-k, K, and third grade as well as an RTI instructor before getting my own classroom.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in a student centered classroom. I love having my students learn through hands on projects. I also try to make cross-curricular classroom materials. My main focus is on science and ELA. My school is departmentalized in fourth grade and these are the subjects I currently teach.

I received my M.Ed in 2008 from Lesley University, my STEM certification in 2014 and completed post graduate course work for my professional teaching license in 2015.
