TEACHING EXPERIENCE

11 years of experience teaching English Language Arts, Creative Writing, and Literature in grades 7-12. 4+ years experience teaching College Writing for a local college 2+ years experience as an Instructional Technology Coach. 2 years co-teaching a cross-curricular World Literature / Geography course with the other Instructional Technology Coach at our school.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to create assignments and learning activities that are collaborative, personalized, and creative. I closely tie my rubrics to objectives and PA Core standards. Ultimately, I try to make learning relevant, engaging, and meaningful.
