TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching high school English in Rhode Island for 12 years. I have experience with all different types of students from different backgrounds and environments. I have worked in urban and suburban areas with Regular and Special Education populations. I am well versed in curriculum design and the Common Core and have been Black Belt Leadership Certified in the Common Core through the Common Core Institute. I am currently working on a Master's Degree in Administration.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a firm believer in a student centered classroom. I pride myself on designing projects and assignments that engage students at every learning ability.
