My teaching career officially started in a tiny village in rural Tanzania and now finds me teaching in Canada's largest city - Toronto. I am currently the head of history at my school which is a highly academic collegiate but prior to this, I taught for four years at a high needs high school with a majority special education population.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Voted "Tallest Teacher" 2009-2014 by all my students. Selected as "Most Creative Approach To Using Paper Mache In the Classroom" 2011 *the above awards are meant to be jokes, but hopefully you knew that! Government of Canada Award in Teaching History (this one's real folks!)
