TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught secondary English for almost ten years now. I spent two years teaching in Washington Heights in NYC as part of the AmeriCorps program New York City Teaching Fellows while simultaneously working toward my MA in Secondary English Education. I then worked for Miami University's study abroad program in Luxembourg for a year. Following that, I returned to the states and spent a year teaching in a rural part of Ohio. For the last six years, I have been teaching in a diverse suburb of Toledo, Ohio.
