I graduated college in 2014 with a certificate to Teach English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and since then I have been living and working in Honduras, Central America. I have been teaching English to second language learners for over 4 years now. I have taught children, teens, and adults in a physical classroom, and I loved it. But now I have transitioned fully over to the online classroom! My classes are one-on-one classes with primarily adults. I have found that it is hard to find curriculum that fits the one-on-one, online adult ESL classroom. That's why I've created my own lessons. I hope they can help other teachers out there!
My classes involve a lot of conversation. I enjoy getting to know my students as we study the English language together. It builds rapport with each student, and it helps us practice the grammar point we are learning. I love authentic conversation practice!
