TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I'm an Intensive English Program instructor & Community College non-credit ESL instructor. I work with adults and find most worksheets on TpT too cutesy and aimed at children. I'm here to represent the Adult ESL Community with my worksheets that are geared toward adult learners and don't make them feel immature.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Communicative, fun, using entertaining and topical materials geared toward the interest and responsibilities of adult learners

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I feel the most successful when my students make original jokes using English. It's a sign that they are embracing the language. :)

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

B.A. in English Literature & M.A. in Linguistics, TESOL option
