I teach a K-3 Autism and I/DD class. I am in my second year of teaching. Before becoming a teacher, I had a variety of jobs working with individuals with disabilities - working for an employment program for adults with I/DD, conducting research on AAC and AT, and advocacy work for disability rights!
My teaching style is multi-sensory with dramatic play integration and a functional focus.
