Learning should be student-centered and diverse, just like your students. I like to run my class as a facilitator, allowing students to choose what activities they like to participate in, with me guiding them in a direction of growth and challenge. I believe strongly in project based learning and the constructivist theory. I love developing curriculum and activities for students and teachers to use and greatly value feedback about those activities in order to continually improve them.
